Dyno Tuning
We have a Dastek 1500 horsepower rear wheel chassis dyno to aid us in tuning the most powerful cars and to let us know exactly how much horsepower your car is developing. Dyno tuning, coupled with an exhaust gas analyzer, is the only sure way to get maximum power from your engine without fear of detonating and possible engine failure.
Fabrication
We offer custom made roll cages fitted to your car.Fitted to follow the interior of your car. TIG and MIG welded.
4-Wheel alignment-
We use a state of the art Hunter 4-Wheel Alignment machine that we have installed flush in the ground. This installation of the alignment rack makes it easier to align cars that have been radically lowered. All our alignments are set to a minimum of one tenth of a degree of specification when completed.
Transmissions-
We provide complete transmission rebuilding services. From the installation of new synchro rings or completly re-gearing your transmission to suit your needs. Let us help you find what will feel like "free horsepower" by selecting more a more suitable gear ratio for your application.
Engine rebuilding-
Have a tired worn out engine? Since opening Rudtner's 20 years ago, countless Porsche and BMW engines have left this shop in like-new condition after being refurbished by us. From a stock engine rebuild to an eye opening 2 staged injected 900 hp turbocharged monster motor, we can do it all. We are Turbocharger experts both in proper sizing and application.
Body componenets and enhancements-
If you are interested in a later look for your 911, take a look at some of the customer pictures. All pieces are available in either fiberglass or carbon fiber. The silver 993 wide-body car #407 started as a 930 steel wide body. This car is done in carbon fiber and the newer 993 wide-body allows this car to run 335 wide tires in the rear and 275 wide tires in the front. On the # 407 car we did a multitude of performance upgrades which included; A big red brake kit, wheel resizing, transmission rebuild, and last but not least, a 12.5 to 1 high compression race engine that boasts TWM multiple throttle bodies housing 44 lb per hr. injectors which are controlled by an Electromotive engine management system. This engine was setup with Web 501 cams and produces 370 hp at 7800 rpm.
The #29 car is also made from a 930 wide-bodied car. The GTU type rear quarters on this car allows the use of huge 15" wide slicks on the rear. The real 935 type front fenders allow 12" wide slicks to be used up front. The roof has been replaced with a fiberglass one and all these components are made in fiberglass. Powering this car is a very potent 900+ hp single turbo 3.8 liter engine.
