Custom fabricated intercooler sitting on top of a 3.2 intake manifold. This engine is contolled by an F-9 Haltech engine management system. The spark is dual plug electromotive Tech 1.
Custom B&B headers depleted of provisions for heat. These headers have large diameter primary tubes (1 3/4") The cylinder heads have been ported on both the intake side and the exhaust side(out to 41mm) to flow more air, to make big horsepower.
K-29 turbo charger hybrid shown in this picture with it's huge cold side housing.
Mike's car now boasts a K-36 turbocharger. Take a look under neath the next time you see Mike's car parked in a garage at the next DE event.
Damn that looks good. What was a 1981 SC now resembles a 930 Turbo and Mike's got alot more horsepower. (480-600+) (depending on Boost level)
